Návrh rekonstrukce zámku Zdiby

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjednodušený stavebně technický průzkum zámku Zdiby, zhodnocení stavebně technického stavu jednotlivých konstrukcí, analýza příčin poruch, který je doplněn o výkresovou dokumentaci stávajícího stavu a zjištěných poruch. Následně je proveden návrh sanačních opatření řešeného objektu. Ten je doplněn výkresovou dokumentací nového stavu. V poslední části je řešen návrh nové mansardové střechy, jehož součástí je orientační statický návrh mansardového krovu, doplněný o dispoziční výkresy nosných konstrukcí střechy. Navržená sanační opatření a návrh nové střešní konstrukce vychází z požadavků úseku památkové péče.

The main objective of this diploma thesis is a simplified structural and technical survey of the Zdiby Chateau, evaluation of the structural and technical condition of individual structures, inspection of the defect causes, which is supplemented by drawing documentation of the existing condition and the identified defects. Subsequently, a proposal for remediation measures of the building is drawn up. This proposal is supplemented by a drawing documentation of the new condition. The last part addresses the design of the new mansard roof, which includes an indicative structural design of the mansard roof truss, supplemented by layout drawings of the roof supporting structures. The proposed rehabilitation measures and the design of the new roof structure are based on the requirements of the heritage preservation department.
