Abstract

Modrozelená infrastruktura (MZI) je jedním z nástrojů pro podporu udržitelné výstavby a zlepšení kvality prostředí zastavěných území. Diplomová práce analyzuje požadavky na MZI a její obecné zohlednění v místní legislativě a certifikačních nástrojích BREEAM, LEED a SBToolCZ, které vliv staveb na životní prostředí hodnotí. Práce porovnává metodiky těchto certifikačních systémů mezi sebou, ve vtahu k legislativě a poukazuje na jejich slabé stránky v zohlednění a podpoře návrhu modrozelené infrastruktury.

Blue-green Infrastructure (BGI) is one of the tools for supporting sustainable construction and improving the quality of the built environment. The thesis analyses the requirements for BGI and its general consideration in local legislation and certification tools BREEAM, LEED and SBToolCZ, which assess the environmental performance of buildings. The thesis compares the methodologies of these certification systems with each other, in relation to legislation and indicates their weaknesses in considering and supporting the design of blue-green infrastructure.
