Zhodnocení variant rekonstrukce rodinného domu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je posouzení a vybrání variant rekonstrukce, či demolice rodinného domu v Hosově. V rámci této diplomové práce se budu zabývat třemi variantami způsobů, co udělat s původním rodinným domem, a to buď rekonstrukcí, demolicí a postavení řadových domů, nebo demolicí a postavení rodinných domů. Následně budou stavby pomocí oceňovací metody porovnány s podobnými nemovitostmi a následně bude zjištěna orientační prodejní cena.

The subject of the thesis is the assessment and selection of options for the reconstruction or demolition of a family house in Hosov. As part of this diploma thesis, I will deal with three variants of what to do with the original family house, namely reconstruction, demolition and construction of terraced houses, or demolition and construction of single-family houses. Subsequently, the constructions will be compared with similar properties using the valuation method, and then the approximate selling price will be determined.
