Vybrané aspekty výchovy ke zdraví v kurikulu středního vzdělávání a jejich začlenění do praxe středních odborných škol a učilišť

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výchovu ke zdraví (dále VKZ) v rámci středního odborného vzdělávání. Cílem práce bylo zmapovat aktuální situaci ve výuce VKZ na středních odborných školách a učilištích a navrhnout konkrétní doporučení pro zlepšení této vzdělávací oblasti. Výzkum využil kvalitativní design, zahrnující analýzu vzdělávacích programů a polostrukturované rozhovory s učiteli. Teoretická část se věnuje ukotvení VKZ v kurikulárních dokumentech a popisuje specifika odborného vzdělávání, rizika adolescence a moderní koncepty zdraví, jako jsou zdravotní gramotnost, wellbeing a Generace sněhových vloček. Praktická část analyzuje obsah vzdělávacích programů a odpovědi učitelů na klíčové otázky, například témata obsažená v kurikulu, používané metody a techniky, vybavenost škol a míru angažovanosti učitelů a žáků. Výzkum rovněž identifikoval překážky, jako je nedostatek materiálního zázemí, časová dotace a nové společenské výzvy, například narůstající závislosti nebo změny pohlaví. Zjištění ukázala, že výuka VKZ zahrnuje široké spektrum témat zaměřených na fyzické a mentální zdraví, prevenci rizikového chování a rozvoj sociálních dovedností. Klíčovými oblastmi jsou bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci, první pomoc, zdravá výživa a relaxační techniky. Výzkum poukázal na rozdíly ve vybavenosti škol i přístupu učitelů, přičemž zapojení žáků ovlivňují také socioekonomické faktory. Výsledkem práce je návrh konkrétních doporučení, která mají potenciál přispět ke zkvalitnění výuky VKZ a podpořit zdraví žáků v jejich profesním i osobním životě.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on health education (hereinafter referred to as HE) within the context of secondary vocational education. The aim of the thesis was to map the current situation in HE teaching at secondary vocational schools and training centers and to propose specific recommendations for improving this educational area. The research utilized a qualitative design, including an analysis of educational programs and semi-structured interviews with teachers. The theoretical part addresses the incorporation of HE in curricular documents and describes the specifics of vocational education, the risks of adolescence, and modern concepts of health, such as health literacy, wellbeing, and the Generation Snowflake phenomenon. The practical part analyzes the content of educational programs and teachers' responses to key questions, such as the topics included in the curriculum, methods and techniques used, school resources, and the level of engagement of teachers and students. The research also identified obstacles, such as insufficient material resources, time constraints, and new societal challenges, e.g., increasing addictions or gender changes. The findings revealed that HE instruction encompasses a broad range of topics focusing on physical and mental health, risk behavior prevention, and the development of social skills. Key areas include occupational safety and health, first aid, healthy nutrition, and relaxation techniques. The research highlighted differences in school resources and teachers' approaches, with student engagement also influenced by socio-economic factors. The outcome of the thesis is a set of specific recommendations with the potential to enhance the quality of HE instruction and support students' health in both their professional and personal lives.
