Uplatnění nástrojů umělé inteligence při řízení výrobních procesů ve firmě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá uplatněním nástrojů umělé inteligence při řízení výrobních procesů ve firmě Procter & Gamble Rakona, s.r.o. Cílem práce je navrhnout konkrétní nástroje umělé inteligence vhodné pro zásadní inovaci výrobního managementu a procesů v této firmě, včetně návrhu konkrétních postupů pro jejich implementaci. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s problematikou umělé inteligence, jejími nástroji a výpočetními platformami. Metodická část představuje metody, techniky a nástroje použité v praktické části. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy, rozsáhlou analýzu jejího prostředí a popis stávajících výrobních procesů. Na základě těchto poznatků jsou navržena vylepšení s využitím konkrétních nástrojů umělé inteligence, včetně zdůvodnění jejich účelnosti. Postup implementace je zpracován jako projekt s důrazem na využití agilních technik. Závěrem je návrh implementace zhodnocen a jsou formulována doporučení pro firmu.

The Masters thesis deals with the application of artificial intelligence tools in the management of production processes in the company Procter & Gamble Rakona, s.r.o. The aim of the thesis is to propose specific artificial intelligence tools suitable for the fundamental innovation of production management and processes in this company, including the proposal of specific procedures for their implementation. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the issues of artificial intelligence, its tools and computing platforms. The methodological part presents the methods, techniques and tools used in the practical part. The practical part includes an introduction of the company, an extensive analysis of its environment and a description of the current production processes. Based on these findings, improvements are proposed using specific artificial intelligence tools, including justification of their purposefulness. The implementation process is treated as a project with an emphasis on the use of agile techniques. Finally, the implementation proposal is evaluated and recommendations for the company are formulated.
