Fyzioterapie pacientky s Polandovým syndromem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím fyzioterapie u pacientky s Polandovým syndromem. V teoretické části je popsána anatomie a kineziologie ramenního kloubu a hrudníku. Dále je zde přiblížena problematika Polandova syndromu, jeho etiologie vzniku a možnosti léčby. V neposlední řadě se teoretická část věnuje rekonstrukci prsu pomocí implantátu. V metodice jsou popsána všechny vyšetřovací i terapeutické metody, které byly využity ve speciální části práce. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou. Je v ní popsáno vstupní vyšetření, krátkodobý i dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky a výstupní vyšetření. Výsledky práce jsou interpretovány porovnáním vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Byl potvrzen velký pozitivní vliv fyzioterapie u pacientky s Polandovým syndromem, došlo ke zlepšení většiny vyšetřovaných parametrů, a především se výrazně snížila bolestivost pacientky.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the application of physiotherapy in a patient diagnosed with Poland Syndrome. In the theoretical part, the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint and chest are described. Additionally, the thesis delves into the etiology and treatment options for Poland Syndrome. Lastly, the theoretical section addresses breast reconstruction using implants. The methodology section outlines all diagnostic and therapeutic methods employed in the special part of the study. The special section presents a case study of a patient with Poland Syndrome, including details of the initial examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plans, therapeutic sessions and post-treatment assessment. The results of the study are interpreted by comparing the pre- and post-treatment kinesiological analyses. Physiotherapy demonstrated a significant positive impact on the patient, leading to improvements in most evaluated parameters and a substantial reduction in pain.
