Fyzioterapeutická intervence u pacienta s mechanickou srdeční podporou

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce zkoumá roli fyzioterapeutické intervence v léčbě pacientů s mechanickou srdeční podporou. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje anatomii, fyziologii a patofyziologii kardiovaskulárního systému, stejně jako analýzu mechanických srdečních podpor a kardiorehabilitace. V kapitole Metodika jsou stanoveny vyšetřovací postupy a terapeutické techniky. Speciální část této práce spočívá ve zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s implantovanou mechanickou srdeční podporou HeartMate 3. V kazuistice je zpracován vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor a je popsán časný pooperační rehabilitační proces. Efekt terapie je objektivně vyhodnocen porovnáním vstupních a výstupních dat v kapitole Výsledky. Kapitola Diskuze se zabývá posouzením účinnosti vybraných terapeutických technik, dalším přiblížením současné problematiky a popisem vlastních zkušeností získaných při zpracování bakalářské práce.

This bachelor thesis examines the role of physiotherapy intervention in the treatment of patients with mechanical cardiac support. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a special part. The theoretical part of the thesis includes the anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the cardiovascular system, as well as the analysis of mechanical heart supports and cardiorehabilitation. In the methodology chapter the investigation procedures and the therapeutic techniques are mentioned. The special part of this work consists of processing a case report of a patient with an implanted HeartMate 3 mechanical cardiac support. In the case report, an input and output kinesiology analysis is processed and the early postoperative rehabilitation process is described. The effect of the therapy is objectively evaluated by comparing input and output data in the Results chapter. The Discussion chapter deals with the assessment of the effectiveness of selected therapeutic techniques, a further research of the current issue and a description of my own experience gained during the preparation of the bachelor thesis.
