Problematika dopravní nehodovosti vozidel HZS ČR

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nehodovosti vozidel Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. V teoretické části jsem stručně popsala Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky (dále jen HZS ČR) jeho organizaci a řízení. Popsala jsem služby HZS ČR a blíže jsem specifikovala strojní službu HZS ČR. Vymezila jsem požární techniku k potřebám této práce, specifikovala jsem legislativní úpravu pro řízení vozidel s právem přednosti v jízdě a okrajově popsala Středočeský kraj. V praktické části jsem pomocí metod statistické analýzy dopravní nehodovosti komparovala data mezi lety 20182022 ve Středočeském kraji. Pro větší nahlédnutí do problematiky jsem dále porovnala každý rok zvlášť s jiným vybraným krajem, a to krajem Pardubickým. Metodou kazuistického rozboru jsem popsala pět vybraných dopravních nehod, konkrétně tři ze Středočeského kraje a dvě z kraje Pardubického. Cílem práce je na základě statistických výsledků a kazuistiky vybraných typových příkladů identifikovat nejčastější důvody jednotek HZS ČR a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení problematiky nehodovosti HZS ČR.

The bachelor thesis deals with the accident rate of the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. In the theoretical part I have briefly described the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic, its organization and management. I have described the services of the Fire Service of the Czech Republic and I have specified the machinery service of the Fire Service of the Czech Republic. I have defined the firefighting technology for the needs of this thesis, I have specified the legislative regulation for driving vehicles with right of way and I have marginally described the Central Bohemia Region. In the practical part, I compared data between 20182022 in the Central Bohemian Region using methods of statistical analysis of traffic accidents. For more insight into the issue, I further compared each year separately with another selected region, i.e. Pardubice Region. Using the case study method, I described five selected traffic accidents, namely three from the Central Bohemia Region and two from the Pardubice Region. The aim of the thesis is to identify the most frequent reasons and to propose actions for improvement of the accident rate of the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic on the basis of statistical results and case studies of the selected cases.
