Rozdíly ve vyšetření fúzních rezerv nedisociovanou technikou a vyšetřením pomocí Worthova testu do dálky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice fúzních rezerv a jejich možnému vyšetření do dálky prostřednictvím obvykle užívané nedisociované techniky a experimentální metody na Worthově anaglyfním testu s využitím prizmatických lišt. Úvodní část práce prezentuje přehled teoretických poznatků prostřednictvím provedené rešerše dostupné literatury. Experimentální část vychází z vyšetření 50 probandů ve věkovém rozmezí od 15 do 40 let. Zaměřuje se na konkrétní porovnání rozdílů ve vyšetření fúzních rezerv zkoumaných metod a na subjektivní hodnocení obou technik probandy. Hlavní výzkumnou otázkou pro praktické využití je, zda může experimentální metoda Worthova testu v praxi nahradit běžně využívanou nedisociovanou techniku. Na základě získaných výsledků a statistické analýzy jednotlivých bodů fúzních rezerv naměřených oběma zkoumanými metodami bylo potvrzeno, že rozdíly u bodů nejsou dostatečně statisticky významné. Dle subjektivního hodnocení probandů na konci každého měření byla prokázána preference experimentální techniky vyšetření. Vyhodnocení provedeného výzkumu tedy nabízí možnost využití Worthova testu pro měření fúzních rezerv do dálky v optometrické praxi.

This bachelor thesis is devoted to the problem of fusion reserves and their possible examination at a distance by means of a commonly used undissociated technique and an experimental method on the Worth anaglyph test using prismatic bars. The introductory part of the thesis presents an overview of theoretical knowledge through a search of the available literature. The experimental part is based on the examination of 50 probands in the age range from 15 to 40 years. It focuses on a specific comparison of the differences in the fusion reserves of the investigated methods and on the subjective evaluation of the two techniques by the probands. The main research question for practical application is whether the experimental Worth test method can replace the commonly used undissociated technique in practice. Based on the results obtained and the statistical analysis of the individual fusion reserve scores measured by the two investigated methods, it was confirmed that the differences for the scores are not statistically significant enough. According to the probands' subjective evaluation at the end of each measurement, a preference for the experimental technique of examination was demonstrated. Thus, the evaluation of the conducted research offers the possibility of using the Worth test for measuring fusion reserves at distance in optometric practice.
