Využití letecké záchranné služby v příhraničních oblastech

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou využití letecké záchranné služby v příhraničních oblastech. S rostoucím počtem případů neodkladné lékařské péče v těchto oblastech, jež jsou geograficky a politicky specifické, je nezbytné zkoumat efektivitu a dostupnost takových služeb. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza současného stavu využití letecké záchranné služby, identifikace hlavních bariér v přeshraniční spolupráci a formulace doporučení pro zlepšení dostupnosti těchto služeb. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na obecné porozumění fungování integrovaného záchranného systému, historickému vývoji letecké záchranné služby a současným trendům a výzvám v jejím využívání. V praktické části je prezentována analýza dat získaných z dotazníkového šetření a z oficiálních dokumentů, na jejichž základě jsou formulována doporučení pro možné zlepšení efektivity a integrace letecké záchranné služby. Závěrečná část práce navrhuje konkrétní kroky pro zlepšení komunikace a koordinace mezi zdravotnickými institucemi.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of using aerial rescue services in border areas. With the increasing number of urgent medical care cases in these geographically and politically specific areas, it is essential to examine the efficiency and availability of such services. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the current state of aerial rescue services utilization, identify the main barriers in cross-border cooperation, and formulate recommendations for improving the operational efficiency and availability of these services. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on a general understanding of the functioning of the integrated rescue system, the historical development of aerial rescue services, and the current trends and challenges in its use. In the practical section, an analysis of data obtained from surveys and official documents is presented, based on which recommendations are formulated for possible improvements in the efficiency and integration of air rescue services. The final part of the thesis proposes specific steps to improve communication and coordination between medical and institutions.
