Kardiopulmonální resuscitace novorozence

Abstract

Práce se zabývá resuscitační péčí o novorozence a jejími specifiky. Demonstruje využití doporučených postupů v kardiopulmonární resuscitaci novorozence. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku novorozence a jeho fyziologický vývoj po porodu. Věnuje se také možnosti patologické adaptace dítěte a dopadu na jeho zdravotní stav. Důležitou částí jsou zde i aktuální doporučení Evropské resuscitační rady a Mezinárodního výboru pro resuscitaci. Teoretická část práce využívá co možná nejaktuálnější literaturu ke stanovení styčných bodů pro nejkvalitnější možnou resuscitační péči. Praktická část práce využívá kazuistiky k demonstraci využití aktuálních doporučených postupů v resuscitační péči o novorozence. Probírá jednotlivé kazuistiky vzhledem k doporučeným postupům a klinickému stavu pacientů. Dále práce zmiňuje i možnost zlepšení resuscitační péče dalším výzkumem a rozšířením povědomí o resuscitaci novorozence.

This thesis is focused on resuscitation care of a neonatological patient and its specifics. It demonstrates the use of recommended procedures in cardiopulmonary resuscitation of a newborn. The theoretical part describes characteristics of a newborn and its physiological development after birth. It also describes the possibility of infant's pathological adaptation and the possible impact on its health. An important part of the theory is dedicated to current recommendations of European Resuscitation Council and International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation. The theoretical part of this thesis uses the most up-to-date literature to establish the critical points of resuscitation care. The practical research of this thesis uses case studies to demonstrate the use of current recommended procedures in the resuscitation care of newborns. It discusses individual cases with recommended procedures and clinics of these patients. This thesis also mentions the possibility of improving resuscitation care through further research and raising public awareness in this topic.
