Model postupné dekarbonizace sítě leteckých společností

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza sítě leteckých společností z pohledu dekarbonizace díky tankování udržitelného leteckého paliva. V rámci ochrany životního prostředí jsou letecké společnosti nuceny hledat různé možnosti snižování emisí skleníkových plynů. Za nejefektivnější způsob je v současné době považováno udržitelné letecké palivo. Nosnou myšlenkou práce je propojení problematiky dekarbonizace se znalostmi z oblasti konektivity a leteckých sítí. Motivací k výběru tématu je bližší pochopení a zhodnocení různých možností dekarbonizace díky tankování udržitelného leteckého paliva. Motivací je také aktuálnost tématu a jeho rostoucí význam. V rámci práce byly pro vybrané letecké společnosti vytvořeny sítě leteckých spojení. Hrany v síti byly ohodnoceny spotřebou paliva a na základě tohoto ohodnocení byla spočtena vážená centralita. Vytvořené sítě tvořily základ modelu pro simulaci postupné dekarbonizace těchto sítí. Model byl využit pro analýzu a vyhodnocení stanovených výzkumných otázek. Na základě provedené analýzy byly popsány různé možnosti dekarbonizace sítě leteckých společností.

The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the airline network from the perspective of decarbonisation through the refuelling of sustainable aviation fuel. As part of environmental protection, airlines are forced to look for various options to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Sustainable aviation fuel is currently considered to be the most effective way. The main idea of this thesis is to link the issue of decarbonisation with knowledge in the fields of connectivity and air transport networks. The motivation for the choice of the topic is a closer understanding and evaluation of the various options for decarbonisation through the refuelling of sustainable aviation fuel. The topicality of the topic and its growing importance are also motivations. As part of the work, air transport networks were created for selected airlines. The edges in the network were evaluated by fuel consumption, and, on the basis of this evaluation, the weighted centrality was calculated. The networks created formed the basis for the model for simulating the processive decarbonisation of these networks. The model was used to analyse and evaluate the identified research questions. On the basis of the analysis, various options for the decarbonisation of the air transport network were described.
