Vývoj trhu práce v ČR za posledních 10 let v kontextu politik zaměstnanosti EU

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je poskytnout ucelený a podrobný přehled o vývoji trhu práce v České republice v minulém desetiletí a jeho vztahu k politice zaměstnanosti Evropské unie. Studie se zaměřuje na identifikaci hlavních trendů, významných změn a faktorů ovlivňujících trh práce ve sledovaném období 2011-2020. Podrobně hodnotí změny v míře zaměstnanosti a nezaměstnanosti, identifikuje hlavní faktory, které tyto trendy ovlivňují, a analyzuje dopad ekonomických změn na trh práce, včetně vývoje hospodářského růstu, inflace a minimální mzdy. Zkoumá také dopad demografických změn na trh práce, jako je stárnutí populace a migrační toky. K dosažení těchto cílů jsou použity kvantitativní a kvalitativní metody výzkumu, včetně analýzy statistických údajů, přehledu literatury a případových studií. Studie přispívá k lepšímu pochopení současných a budoucích výzev oblasti zaměstnanosti tím, že poskytuje ucelený přehled o dynamice trhu práce v České republice a zasazuje ho do kontextu evropského prostoru, srovnáním s dalšími státy regionu.

The thesis aims to provide a comprehensive and detailed overview of the development of the labor market in the Czech Republic in the last decade and its relationship to the employment policy of the European Union. The study focuses on identifying the main trends, significant changes, and factors affecting the labor market in the period 2011-2020. It assesses in detail the changes in employment and unemployment rates, identifies the main factors influencing these trends, and analyses the impact of economic changes on the labor market, including economic growth, inflation, and minimum wages. It also examines the impact of demographic changes on the labor market, such as population aging and migration flows. Quantitative and qualitative research methods are used to achieve these objectives, including statistical data analysis, literature reviews, and case studies. The study contributes to a better understanding of current and future employment challenges by providing a comprehensive overview of labor market dynamics in the Czech Republic and placing it in the context of the European area, by comparing it with other countries in the region.
