Projekt Career Compass

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vypracování předprojektové fáze projektu Career Compass. Přínosem práce je zjistit, zda je projekt z ekonomického hlediska proveditelný a zda je možné projekt realizovat po celé republice. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o projektovém řízení, OSN, vztah projektů AIESEC k cílům OSN a organizace AIESEC. Praktická část je tvořena studii proveditelnosti, kdy je pro projekt zpracována analýza trhu, vytvořena marketingová strategie a jiné náležitosti potřebné pro realizaci projektu.

The aim of the thesis is to develop the pre-project phase of the Career Compass project. The contribution of the thesis is to determine whether the project is economically feasible and whether the project can be implemented nationwide. The theoretical part describes basic information about project management, the United Nations, the relationship of AIESEC projects to the objectives of the United Nations and the AIESEC organization. The practical part consists of a feasibility study, where a market analysis is prepared for the project, a marketing strategy is developed and other details necessary for the implementation of the project.
