Posouzení vývoje finančního zdraví středních firem v keramickém sektoru

Abstract

Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je vyhodnocení vývoje finančního zdraví skupiny středních firem v keramickém sektoru pomocí metod a ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na definici klíčových pojmů, postupů a metod finanční analýzy, včetně analýzy absolutních, rozdílových a poměrových ukazatelů. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou šesti vybraných společností z keramického sektoru, rozdělených podle ukazatele IN05 na společnosti s pevným, nejistým a ohroženým finančním zdravím. U každé společnosti je provedena analýza během období hospodářské konjunktury i makroekonomických šoků. U společností s pevným a nejistým finančním zdravím je navíc provedena predikce pro roky 2023 a 2024. Z výsledků vyplývá, že keramický průmysl čelí různorodým výzvám, a to jak z hlediska vnějších ekonomických vlivů, tak z hlediska interní efektivity a strategického řízení. Podniky s pevným finančním zdravím mají větší šanci na dlouhodobou udržitelnost a rozvoj, zatímco ty s nejistým či klesajícím finančním zdravím musí aktivně řešit své slabé stránky a hledat strategie pro zlepšení své pozice na trhu.

The main objective of this thesis is to evaluate the development of financial health of a group of medium-sized companies in the ceramic sector using methods and indicators of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the definition of key concepts, procedures and methods of financial analysis, including the analysis of absolute, difference and ratio indicators. The practical part deals with the analysis of six selected companies from the ceramic sector, divided according to the IN05 indicator into companies with solid, uncertain and threatened financial health. For each company, the analysis is carried out during periods of economic boom and macroeconomic shocks. In addition, a forecast is made for the years 2023 and 2024 for the companies with solid and precarious financial health. The results show that the ceramics industry faces diverse challenges, both in terms of external economic influences and in terms of internal efficiency and strategic management. Businesses with solid financial health have a better chance of long-term sustainability and development, while those with uncertain or declining financial health need to proactively address their weaknesses and seek strategies to improve their market position.
