Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční a ekonomickou stabilitu vybraného podniku a navrhnout opatření pro zlepšení současné finanční situace. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou definována teoretická východiska finanční analýzy a finanční ukazatele. Praktická část aplikuje tyto finanční ukazatele na Kofola a.s. a hodnotí ekonomickou stabilitu podniku na základě veřejně dostupných finančních dat za posledních pět let. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou formulována doporučení a návrhy opatření, které by měly vést ke zlepšení současného finančního stavu podniku.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial and economic stability of the selected company and to propose measures to improve the current financial situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part defines the theoretical background of financial analysis and financial ratios. The practical part applies these financial ratios to Kofola a.s. and assesses the economic stability of the company based on publicly available financial data for the last five years. On the basis of the analysis, recommendations and proposals for measures are formulated which should lead to an improvement of the current financial situation of the company
