Mikroekonomická analýza společnosti Wizz Air

Abstract

Cílem této práce je vypracovat dokument pro finančního investora, který uvažuje o investici do podílu ve společnosti Wizz Air. První část je věnovaná popisu základních účetních výkazů – rozvahy, výkazu zisku a ztráty a výkazu cash flow, z jejichž dat následně vychází výpočty důležitých poměrových ukazatelů jako je zadluženost nebo rentabilita. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na akciové investice, metody jejich hodnocení formou analýzy historických dat i predikcí budoucího vývoje. Ve třetí části jsou zmíněné některé bankrotní a bonitní modely představující včasné varování před hrozící insolvencí. Následuje praktická část práce, která obsahuje základní informace o společnosti, a ve které se zmíněné ukazatele a metody představí v konkrétních číslech, provede se shrnutí, kritický závěr výsledků a zodpovězení výzkumných otázek.

The objective of the thesis is to create a document for a financial investor who is considering investments in Wizz Air stocks. The first part describes the basic financial statements – the balance sheet, the income statement, and the cash flow statement, from which important financial indicators such as leverage or return ratios are subsequently calculated. The second part of the thesis focuses on stock investments and evaluation methods based on historical data and predictions of future development. The third part includes bankruptcy and credit-strength tests representing early warning of impending insolvency. These theoretical chapters are followed by the practical part with basic information about the airline, calculations of the mentioned indicators, and where critical conclusions of findings and answers to research questions are made.
