Vývoj chlazených mezidesek pro výrobní stroje

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem navařovací technologie, konstrukcí chladící desky a její následnou tepelnou analýzou. Rešeršní část obsahuje příklady aplikací chladících desek a jejich standardní a nestandardní výrobní metody. Mezi hlavní body praktické části patří návrh konstrukce chladící desky včetně výkresové dokumentace, odladění výrobní technologie obsahující provedení experimentů, kontrolního vyhodnocení a na závěr provedení tepelné analýzy.

The diploma thesis deals with the design of the welding technology, the design of the cooling plate and its subsequent thermal analysis. The research part contains examples of cooling plate applications and their standard and non-standard production methods. The main points of the practical part include the design of the cooling plate structure including drawing documentation, the debugging of the production technology including the execution of experiments, control evaluation and in the end the performance of thermal analysis.
