Konstrukční návrh bytového domu v Liberci se zaměřením na koncepci bílé vany

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je konstrukční návrh konkrétního bytového domu v Liberci s detailnějším zaměřením na návrh bílé vany. V úvodu práce seznamuje čtenáře s objektem a řeší koncepčně návrh horní stavby bytového domu. Jedná se o jedenácti podlažní budovu se dvěma suterény. Konstrukčně je řešena jako železobetonová monolitická stěnová konstrukce. Práce se podrobně zabývá návrhem suterénu a založení objektu. Jsou navrženy vodorovné a svislé nosné konstrukce. Půdorys suterénu je odlišný od půdorysu nadzemní konstrukce, z tohoto důvodu je součástí práce návrh přechodové desky. Podrobněji se práce věnuje návrhu bílé vany. V rámci návrhu shrnuje obecná pravidla a postupy, které následně aplikuje. Jako bílá vana jsou navrženy suterénní stěny a základové desky obou suterénů. Součástí diplomové práce, je výkresová dokumentace. Konkrétně výseky výkresů tvaru základových desek, desky 1.PP a výseky výkresů výztuže základových desek a suterénních stěn.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the structural design of a specific apartment building in Liberec with more detailed focus on the design of white tank. At the beginning of the work, there is an presentation of the object and then the work solves the conceptual design of the upper structure of an apartment building. It is an eleven-storey building with two basements. Structurally, it is designed as a reinforced concrete monolithic wall structure. The thesis deals in detail with the design of the basement and the foundation of the building. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures are designed. The floor plan of the basement is different from the floor plan of the above-ground structure, therefore, the thesis includes the design of the transition slab. The thesis pays more attention to the design of a white tank. At the beginning of the design the thesis summarizes the general rules and methods, which are then applied. The basement walls and foundation slabs of both basements are designed as a white tank. The thesis includes drawing documentation, specifically sections of the formwork of the foundation slabs, the slab of the first basement level, and sections of the reinforcement drawings of the foundation slabs and basement walls.
