Územní analýza města Smržovka

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je komplexní územní analýza města Smržovka nacházející se v na severu České republiky v Libereckém kraji. Práce vychází z územně analytických podkladů obce s rozšířenou působností. Textová část s fotodokumentací se dělí se na teoretickou a analytickou část. V úvodní teoretické části jsou popsány základní zákony a vyhlášky související s územním plánováním. Dále je zde vysvětlen udržitelný rozvoj území a pojmy, které s ním souvisí. V následující analytické části jsou podrobně popisovány jednotlivé zkoumané oblasti rozboru udržitelného rozvoje území, které vycházejí z územně analytických podkladů a další územně plánovaní dokumentace. V závěru jsou shrnuty pozitiva a negativa území a problémy vyskytující se na něm. Dále zde jsou navržená možná doporučení na změny. Grafická část obsahuje čtyři základní výkresy – výkres širších vztahů, výkres hodnot území, výkres limitů využití území a problémový výkres. Výkres širších vztahů je zpracován na A3 v měřítku 1:50 000, další výkresy jsou zpracovány na A1 v měřítku 1:10 000.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is comprehensive territorial analysis of the town Smržovka, which is in the north of the Czech Republic in the Liberec Region. This thesis is based on the territorial analytical documents of municipality with extended competence. The text part with photo documentation is divided into theoretical and analytical part. The introductory theoretical part describes the basic laws and decrees related to spatial planning. It also explains sustainable development of the territory and the concept related to it. The following analytical part describes in detail the individual domains of the analysis of sustainable development of the territory, which are based on spatial analytical documents and the other spatial planning documentation. Finally, the positives and negatives of the territory and the issues occurring in it are summarised. Possible recommendations for changes are also suggested. The graphical part contains four basic drawings – a broader relations drawing, a drawing of the territory´s values, a drawing of territory´s limits and problem drawing. The drawing of the broader relations is drawn on A3 at scale of 1:50 000, the other drawings are drawn on A1 at scale of 1:10 000.
