Územní analýza města Terezín

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá územní analýzou města Terezín. Vzhledem k historii města bylo zvoleno zaměření na urbanistický historický vývoj města. Teoretická část práce se zabývá legislativou relevantní k danému tématu a následně i rozboru nástrojů územního plánování vztahujících k území. Následuje analytická část, která popisuje historii města Terezín v návaznosti na současné aspekty a vybavenost města. V poslední části byla formou terénního průzkumu shrnuta různá negativa a pozitiva města spolu s konkrétními problémy v území. Grafická část práce obsahuje výkresy širších vztahů, limitů, hodnot a problémů území a je provázána s textovou části práce.

The bachelor's thesis deals with with the territorial analysis of the city of Terezín. Due to the history of the city, the focus was on the urban historical development of it. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the legislation relevant to the topic followed by the analysis of the spatial planning tools related to the according territory. The next part of the thesis is the analytical part that describes the history of Terezín in regards to the current aspects and amenities of the city. The last part of the thesis summarizes the various positives and negatives of the city along with specific problems of the city that were compiled by conducting a field research. The graphic part which contains the maps for large scale relations, limits, values, and problems of the territory is linked with the written part of the thesis.
