Propočet nákladů investora - Ostatní náklady

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá propočtem nákladů investora – ostatní náklady. Práce obsahuje teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje popis jednotlivých částí propočtu investora a následně detailnější popis a způsob ohodnocení jednotlivých položek ostatních nákladů investora. V praktické části dojde k výpočtu jednotlivých položek ostatních podle zjištěných informací v teoretické části. Cílem této práce je porovnání vypočítaných ostatních nákladů s náklady odhadnutých pomocí procentuální sazby v propočtu investora, vyhodnocení zjištěných informací a následný návrh vhodných doporučení a úprav ostatních nákladů.

This bachelor thesis focuses on Estimation of Owner´s Costs – Other Costs. The thesis is compiled from theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part includes description of every part of calculation of employer, and then means of valuation of every part of other costs. Practical part consists of calculation of other costs based on information gathered in theoretical part. The goal of this thesis is comparasion of costs calculated in this thesis and costs estimated in calculation of employer, evalution of gathered information, and recommendations and adjustments for other costs.
