Analýza mechanických vlastností kompozitních materiálů s různou skladbou vláken.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se ve své teoretické části zaobírá problematikou kompozitních materiálů, zejména těch s vláknovou výztuží. Popisovány jsou mimo jiné druhy matric, typy výztuže a také je uveden přehled technologických postupů výroby kompozitu. V praktické části je navázáno na teoretickou rešerši a je popsána výroba kompozitu pomocí autoklávu. Jako metoda zjištění mechanických vlastností je uvedena tahová zkouška. Výsledky z ní jsou shrnuty v tabulkách a grafech.

In its theoretical part, the bachelor thesis deals with the issue of composite materials, especially those with fibre reinforcement. It describes, among others, the types of matrices, types of reinforcement and also gives an overview of the technological procedures of composite production. In the practical part, the theoretical research is followed up and the production of composite using autoclave is described. Tensile testing is presented as a method of determining mechanical properties. The results are summarised in tables and graphs.
