Návrh a implementace helpdesku pro vybrané zdravotnické zařízení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti uživatelské podpory ve vybraném zdravotnickém zařízení. V první části, práce obsahuje podrobnou analýzu stávajícího stavu s identifikací existujících problémů a navrhuje jejich řešení. Dále je provedena analýza existujících helpdesk platforem, která je zakončena jejich kvalitativním srovnáním. Po vyhodnocení tohoto srovnání a také na základě rozhovoru s managementem organizace bylo rozhodnuto, že je preferováno, aby řešení bylo vytvořeno cestou vlastního vývoje na základě uživatelských požadavků. V druhé části se práce věnuje definici funkčních a nefunkčních požadavků, definici uživatelských rolí a oprávnění, definici případů užití a také výběru technologií pro implementaci aplikace. Vycházejíc z těchto definic byl vytvořen návrh systému, součástí kterého byl prototyp uživatelského rozhraní, jež byl otestován pěti vybranými zaměstnanci a připomínky z tohoto testování byly zohledněny ve finální implementaci. Po provedení těchto kroků byla aplikace vyvinuta a nasazena v prostředí organizace, načež byla uživatelsky otestována. V závěru druhé části je nasazení aplikace vyhodnoceno a je zde popsán její další rozvoj.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the area of user support in a selected medical facility. In the first part, the thesis contains a detailed analysis of the existing situation with identification of existing problems and also proposes their solutions. Then, an analysis of existing helpdesk plaftorms is made, which is concluded with their qualitative comparison. After evaluating this comparison and also based on an interview with the management of the organization, it was decided that it is preferred that the solution will be created through in house development based on user requirements. In the second part of the thesis, the definition of functional and non-functional requirements, definition of user roles and permissions, definition of use cases and also selection of technologies for application implementation are made. Based on these definitions, a system design was created, which included a prototype user interface that was tested by five selected employees and the comments from this testing were taken into account in the final implementation. Following these steps, the application was developed and deployed in the organisation's environment, after which it was user tested. At the end of the second part, the deployment of the application is evaluated and its further development is described.
