Z rečových záznamov boli automatickými algoritmami vypočítané vybrané akustické a lingvistické parametre. Štatistickým spracovaním s využitím RANOVA testov a SVM klasifikácie boli vyhodnotené najvhodnejšie parametre schopné určiť prítomnosť diagnózy a rozlišovať medzi sebou emócie. Prejavovanie emócií u pacientov nevykazuje odlišnosti v porovnaní so zdravými ľuďmi. Parkinson's disease is often accompanied by speech disorders and impaired processing of emotions. The subject of this work was the analysis of emotional speech expressions of patients using developed automatic methods. In this work, speech recordings from 20 patients and 20 healthy people were used, representing the spontaneous description of three groups of pictures, which were intended to elicit happy, sad and emotionally neutral speech. Selected acoustic and linguistic parameters were calculated from the speech recordings by automatic algorithms. By statistical processing using RANOVA tests and SVM classification, the most suitable parameters capable of determining the presence of a diagnosis and distinguishing between emotions were evaluated. Acoustic parameters and markers based on part-of-speech analysis appear to be the most sensitive for detecting the disease independent of emotions (classification success rate of almost 0.7). The emotional dimensions of valence, arousal, and dominance were able to best reflect the differences between emotions regardless of the diagnosis (classification success rate 0.86). The analyzes showed that emotional stimulus recognition works very well in the linguistic domain. The expression of emotions in patients does not show differences compared to healthy people. Unlike previous studies, the ability of acoustic parameters to reflect emotions was not confirmed. However, the conclusions may be distorted due to the use of a picture stimulus, which may not have been able to evoke sufficiently significant emotional manifestations, especially in the acoustic domain.
