Mezinárodní konkurenceschopnosti lidského kapitálu ČR a připravenost na výzvy budoucího světa práce

Abstract

Záměrem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat mezinárodní konkurenceschopnost lidského kapitálu České republiky a připravenost na výzvy budoucího světa práce. Teoretická část se zaměřila na definování lidského kapitálu a identifikaci způsobů jeho měření, koncept konkurenceschopnosti a vývoj automatizace a jeho vliv na pracovní trh. Praktická část se zaměřila na analýzu konkurenceschopnosti České republiky, lidský kapitál v České republice a jeho měření skrze optiku vzdělávání a na identifikaci odvětví a pracovních pozic náchylných k zániku v důsledku automatizace. Došlo k identifikaci možných strategií pro pracovníky ohrožené automatizací. Česká republika nedosahuje svých cílů v dorovnání průměrné hodnoty HDP na obyvatele Evropské unie. Vzhledem k nízké úrovni nezaměstnanosti je automatizace příležitostí zvýšit produktivitu práce a dosahovat vyšší konkurenceschopnosti České republiky. Zároveň může automatizace vést ke ztrátě pracovního uplatnění pro konkrétní pracovníky a je tedy potřebné hledat cesty jak tyto individuální negativní dopady zmírňovat skrze legislativní opatření, tak aby byl udržen sociální smír.

The aim of the diploma thesis was to analyze the international competitiveness of human capital in the Czech Republic and its readiness for the challenges of the future of work. The theoretical part focused on defining human capital and identifying methods of its measurement, the concept of competitiveness, and the evolution of automation and its impact on the labor market. The practical part focused on analyzing the competitiveness of the Czech Republic, human capital in the Czech Republic, and its measurement through the lens of education, as well as identifying industries and job positions susceptible to displacement due to automation. Possible strategies for workers threatened by automation were identified. The Czech Republic is currently not achieving its goals in catching up with the average GDP per capita of the European Union. Given the low level of unemployment, automation presents an opportunity to increase labor productivity and achieve higher competitiveness for the Czech Republic. However, automation can also lead to job loss for specific workers, so it is necessary to find ways to mitigate these individual negative impacts through legislative measures while maintaining social stability.
