Finanční analýza podniku Skanska, a. s.

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnotit stabilitu a finanční zdraví podniku Skanska a.s. na základě finanční analýzy. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části jsou popsané charakteristiky finanční analýzy a její metody. Metody uvedené jsou analýza absolutních ukazatelů, rozdílových ukazatelů, poměrových ukazatelů a souhrnných ukazatelů. V praktické části jsou metody aplikované na vybraný podnik, jejich výsledky jsou poté okomentovány. Práce je zakončena zhodnocením finanční situace podniku pomocí výsledků z praktické části.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the stability and the financial health of the company Skanska a.s. based on financial analysis. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of financial analysis and its methods. The methods discussed include the analysis of absolute indicators, differential indicators, ratio indicators, and summary indicators. In the practical part, these methods are applied to the selected company, and their results are then commented upon. The thesis concludes with an assessment of the financial situation of the company based on the results from the practical part.
