Analýza mezilidských vztahů v multikulturním podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mezilidskými vztahy a kulturními rozdíly ve vybraném podniku. Cílem práce je analyzovat mezilidské vztahy v konkrétním multikulturním podniku a zjistit, zda má odlišná kultura a jazyková bariéra vliv na mezilidské vztahy. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu kultury, řízení multikulturního podniku, řízení mezilidských vztahů v multikulturním podniku a bariérám vznikajících v multikulturním podniku. Praktická část je založena na výsledcích dotazníkového šetření provedeného ve vybraném podniku. Pro tuto práci byly stanoveny tři výzkumné otázky. Výsledkem práce je vyhodnocení aktuálního stavu mezilidských vztahů a návrh opatření pro eliminaci vyskytlých bariér. Výsledky šetření ve vybraném podniku ukazují, že mezilidské vztahy jsou velmi přívětivé a přátelské. Zároveň lze konstatovat, že jazyková bariéra ani odlišná kultura pracovníků nemá vliv na vzájemné vztahy, i přes to, že výskyt těchto bariér byl v podniku zjištěn.

This bachelor thesis deals with interpersonal relationships and cultural differences in a selected company. The aim of the thesis is to analyse interpersonal relations in a specific multicultural enterprise and to find out whether different cultures and language barriers have an impact on interpersonal relations. The theoretical part deals with the topic of culture, management of a multicultural enterprise, management of interpersonal relations in a multicultural enterprise and barriers arising in a multicultural enterprise. The practical part is based on the results of a questionnaire survey conducted in a selected enterprise. Three research questions were set for this work. The result of the work is the evaluation of the current state of interpersonal relations and the proposal of measures to eliminate the barriers encountered. The results of the investigation in the selected enterprise show that interpersonal relations are very friendly and amicable. At the same time, it can be concluded that neither the language barrier nor the different culture of the employees has an impact on the mutual relations, despite the fact that the occurrence of these barriers has been detected in the enterprise.
