Hodnocení finanční situace podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaobírá hodnocením finanční situace podniku. Jejím cílem je prostřednictvím finanční analýzy posoudit finanční výkonnost vybraného podniku a navrhnut opatření, která by mohla přispět k budoucímu zlepšení finanční situace. V této práci je zkoumaným subjektem společnost Viessmann, spol. s r.o. a zkoumaným obdobím jsou roky 2018 až 2022. Bakalářská práce je členěna do dvou částí a pěti kapitol. První část, tedy teoretická část, obsahuje dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole nalezneme charakteristiku, popis účelu, využití, uživatele a vstupy finanční analýzy. Druhá kapitola je zaměřena na metody finanční analýzy jako jsou absolutní, poměrové a rozdílové ukazatele. Druhá část, část praktická, obsahuje tři kapitoly. Třetí kapitola představuje vybraný podnik. Ve čtvrté kapitole nalezneme samotnou finanční analýzu společnosti Viessmann, spol. s r.o. a v páté kapitole shrnutí a doporučení, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení finanční situace. Obecně lze konstatovat, že společnost má dobré finanční zdraví a stabilní finanční situaci.

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluating the financial situation of a company. Its aim is to assess the financial performance of the selected company through financial analysis and to propose measures that could contribute to improving its future financial situation. The subject of this thesis is the company Viessmann, spol. s r.o., and the period under examination is from 2018 to 2022. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts and five chapters. The first part, the theoretical part, consists of two chapters. In the first chapter, we find a characterization, description of the purpose, utilization, users, and inputs of financial analysis. The second chapter focuses on methods of financial analysis such as absolute, ratio, and differential indicators. The second part, the practical part, contains three chapters. The third chapter introduces the selected company. In the fourth chapter, we find the actual financial analysis of Viessmann, spol. s r.o., and in the fifth chapter, a summary and recommendations that could lead to an improvement in the financial situation. Generally, it can be stated that the company has good financial health and a stable financial situation.
