Hodnocení výkonnosti podniku

Abstract

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je vyhodnocení finanční výkonnosti vybraného podniku za období 2018–2022 a následné doporučení návrhů pro budoucí prosperitu vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na 2 hlavní části. První část obsahuje teoretické informace o finančním řízení, finanční analýze, účetních výkazech a metodách finanční analýzy. Druhá část se skládá nejprve z představení vybraného podniku, jeho organizační struktury, stručné historie a výrobního programu společnosti. Následuje praktická analýza finančního hospodaření podniku za pomoci nástrojů a metod finanční analýzy. V závěru praktické části jsou shrnuty výsledky provedené analýzy a navrhnuta doporučení pro případné zlepšení finanční situace podniku.

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of the selected company for the period 2018–2022 and the subsequent recommendation of proposals for the future prosperity of the selected company. The thesis is divided into 2 main parts. The first part contains theoretical information about financial management, financial analysis, financial statements and methods of financial analysis. The second part consists of an introduction of the selected company, it’s organizational structure, a brief history and the production program of the company. This is followed by a practical analysis of the financial management of the company with the help of instruments and methods of financial analysis. At the end of the practical part, there is a summary of the results of the analysis and suggestions for possible improvement of the company's financial situation.
