Míra stresu v pracovním prostředí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem v pracovním prostředí. Cílem práce je zjistit míru stresu a porovnat ji mezi dvěma odlišnými skupinami, kterými jsou vedoucí a řadoví pracovníci. Metodika výzkumu spočívá v provedení dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na obecnou definici stresu, jeho příčiny a projevy, strategie zvládání, stres v pracovním prostředí, eliminaci stresu a způsoby, kterými lze stres měřit. V praktické části jsou analyzována data z dotazníku, ze kterých je zjišťována míra stresu a její rozdílnost u vedoucích a řadových pracovníků, dále stresory a strategie, které jedinci využívají v prevenci proti stresu. Z průzkumu vyplývá, že u zkoumaného vzorku je míra stresu v pracovním prostředí střední, a že se výrazně neliší mezi vedoucími a řadovými pracovníky, ačkoli na každou skupinu působí trochu jiné stresory. Dále je zjištěno, že většina respondentů nepoužívá copingové strategie efektivně.

The bachelor thesis deals with stress in the work environment. The aim of the work is to find out the level of stress and compare it between two different groups, which are managers and rank-and-file workers. The research methodology consists of conducting a questionnaire survey. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the general definition of stress, its causes and manifestations, coping strategies, stress in the work environment, stress elimination and methods by which stress can be measured. In the practical part, data from questionnaire are analyzed, from which the level of stress and its differences among managers and rank-and-file workers are determined, as well as stressors and strategies that individuals use to prevent stress. The survey shows that the level of stress in the work environment is moderate for the sample studied, and that it does not differ significantly between managers and rank-and-file workers, although each group is affected by slightly different stressors. Furthermore, it is found that the majority of respondents do not use coping strategies effectively.
