Český trh práce pod vlivem uprchlické vlny z Ukrajiny

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu trhu práce v České republice a jeho reakci na uprchlickou vlnu z Ukrajiny. V nedávné době se Ukrajina stala epicentrem geopolitických konfliktů, což vedlo k masovému přesídlení obyvatelstva do bezpečnějších zemí, včetně České republiky. Cílem této práce je provést komplexní analýzu trhu práce v České republice a zhodnotit vliv uprchlické vlny na zaměstnanost, profesní mobilitu a další klíčové ukazatele. První část práce poskytuje obecný přehled trhu práce v ČR, včetně jeho klíčových charakteristik, současných trendů a významu pro společnost. Následně se zaměřuje na uprchlickou vlnu z Ukrajiny, analyzuje její příčiny a důsledky, a také zkoumá právní rámec a opatření, která byla přijata pro integraci uprchlíků na trhu práce. Další část práce se věnuje konkrétním vlivům uprchlické vlny na český trh práce. Jsou zde analyzovány změny v zaměstnanosti, poptávka po pracovní síle a profesní mobilita v důsledku této migrace. Práce také zkoumá, jak se tato situace projevuje na různých odvětvích a regionech v České republice. Výsledky této práce by měly sloužit k lepšímu porozumění dopadů migrace na trh práce v ČR a poukazují na výzvy a příležitosti, které tato situace přináší. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the labor market in the Czech Republic and its response to the refugee wave from Ukraine. Recently, Ukraine has become the epicenter of geopolitical conflicts, leading to the mass migration of its population to safer countries, including the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the labor market in the Czech Republic and assess the impact of the refugee wave on employment, professional mobility, and other key indicators. The first part of the thesis provides a general overview of the labor market in the Czech Republic, including its key characteristics, current trends, and its significance for society. Subsequently, it delves into the refugee wave from Ukraine, analyzing its causes and consequences, as well as examining the legal framework and measures that have been taken for the integration of refugees into the labor market. Another section of the thesis focuses on the specific effects of the refugee wave on the Czech labor market. It analyzes changes in employment, the demand for labor, and professional mobility resulting from this migration. The thesis also explores how this situation manifests itself in various industries and regions in the Czech Republic. The results of this thesis contribute to a better understanding of the impact of migration on the labor market in the Czech Republic and highlight the challenges and opportunities that this situation presents.
