Finanční analýza vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou vybraných společností. Jejím cílem je vyhodnotit finanční zdraví malých a středních podniků, konkrétně tří českých minipivovarů a následně pomocí finančního modelu vytvořit predikci vývoje finančního zdraví do roku 2023 a 2024. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část definuje podnik a jeho finanční cíle. Následně se zabývá výkonností, jejím měřením, řízením a faktory, které danou výkonnost ovlivňují. Dále se zaměřuje na finanční analýzu, její uživatele a zdroje informací potřebné k jejímu vytvoření. V neposlední řadě dopodrobna popisuje metody finanční analýzy, metody mezipodnikového srovnávání a regresní analýzu. Obsahem praktické části je za pomoci bankrotního modelu indexu IN05 vytvořit vlastní analýzu finančního zdraví vybraných podniků. Pomocí indexu IN05 jsou jednotlivé podniky rozděleny do dvou skupin, a to na podniky v šedé zóně s nejistými finančními výsledky, tak na podniky s pevným finančním zdravím. Jednotlivé podniky jsou zkoumány v období hospodářské konjunktury, v období makroekonomických šoků a následně je za pomoci finančního modelu vytvořena prognóza budoucího vývoje jednotlivých podniků do roku 2023 a 2024. Pomocí zjištěných informací je v závěru vyhodnoceno finanční zdraví minipivovarů v minulosti a následně jsou navržena jednotlivá doporučení, která by měla pomoci podnikům udržet dobrou finanční situaci a vyhnout se bankrotu.

The diploma thesis deals with the financial analysis of selected companies. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the financial health of small and medium-sized companies, specifically three Czech microbreweries. It also tries to use a financial model to make a forecast of future development of financial health up to 2023 and 2024. To fully analyse this matter the thesis is divided into two key sections, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the company and its financial goals. Moreover, it describes performance, its measurement, management, and the factors that affect performance. It also characterizes the financial analysis, its users and the sources of information needed to create it. Finally, the theoretical part describes in detail the methods of financial analysis, inter-company comparison methods and regression analysis. The content of the practical part is to use the bankruptcy model of the IN05 index to create an analysis of the financial health of selected companies. Using the IN05 index, individual companies are divided into two groups, namely companies in the grey zone with uncertain financial results and companies with stable financial health. The individual companies are examined in the period of economic upturn, in the period of macroeconomic shocks, and then, by using a financial model, a forecast of the future development of individual companies up to 2023 and 2024 is made. Based on the results of the financial analysis, the author was able to evaluate the financial health of microbreweries, and then propose individual recommendations to help the companies to have a consistently good financial situation and avoid bankruptcy.
