Využití metod finanční analýzy při stanovení vývoje finančního zdraví vybraného podniku

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je posoudit výkonnost, hodnotu a finančního prosperitu vybraného podniku pomocí nástrojů finanční analýzy, které jsem se naučil v průběhu studia na MÚVS. V teoretické části jsou definovány a vysvětleny základní metody finanční analýzy, které jsou následně využity v praktické části. V druhé části diplomové práce je představena vybraná společnost, na které je provedena finanční a strategická analýza a metody, které jsou popsány v části teoretické. V závěru diplomové práce je doporučení a rady pro vybranou společnost na základě osobních zkušeností získaných v rámci studia.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to assess the performance, value and financial prosperity of a selected company using the tools of financial analysis, which I learned during my studies at MÚVS. The theoretical part defines and explains the basic methods of financial analysis, which are then used in the practical part. The second part of the thesis presents a selected company, on which is performed financial and strategic analysis and methods, which are described in the theoretical part. At the end of the diploma thesis is a recommendation and advice for a selected company based on personal experience gained during the study.
