Stavební úpravy objektu vodní tvrze s důrazem na snížení energetické náročnosti a na návrh vhodného vnitřního prostředí objektu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh stavebních úprav, vestavby a přístavby historického objektu vodní tvrze v Třebnouševsi. Práce je rozdělena na část analyticko-koncepční a část projekční. První část se zabývá analýzou stávajícího stavu objektu a návrhem požadavků na stavební konstrukce a na vnitřní prostředí podle zadaného navrhovaného stavu objektu. Její součástí je také návrh energetické koncepce s důrazem na snížení energetické náročnosti budovy. V druhé části je vypracována projektová dokumentace v úrovni pro provádění stavby, která zahrnuje průvodní a souhrnně technickou zprávu, koordinační situaci, architektonicko-stavební řešení, stavebně konstrukční řešení, požárně bezpečnostní řešení a techniku prostředí staveb. Ve stavebně konstrukční části je mimo jiné podrobně vypracováno statické posouzení konstrukčního systému krovu s vestavěnými podlažími podle zadané architektonické studie. Součástí je také návrh a tepelně-technické posouzení skladeb konstrukcí a kritických detailů.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of construction modifications, conversion, and extension of the historical water fortress in Třebnouševes. The work is divided into an analytical-conceptual part and a design part. The first part deals with the analysis of the current state of the object and the proposal of requirements for building structures and the interior environment based on the specified proposed state of the object. It also includes the design of an energy concept with an emphasis on reducing the energy performance of the building. In the second part, project documentation is developed at the level for the execution of the construction, which includes an accompanying and summarily technical report, coordination situation, architectural-construction solution, constructional-structural solution, fire safety solution, and technical environment of building. In the constructional-structural part, among other things, a detailed static assessment of the structural system of the roof with integrated floors is elaborated according to the specified architectural study. This part also includes the design and thermal-technical assessment of the construction structure and critical details.
