Abstract

Hlavní náplní této diplomové práce je vypracování stavebně technologického projektu bytového domu v Pardubicích, kdy se autor zabývá řešením prostorové, technologické a časové struktury výstavby objektu. Obsahem této práce je posouzení projektové dokumentace, schémata postupu výstavby, rozborový list, technologický normál, plán BOZP, kontrolní a zkušební plán, enviromentální plán, časoprostorový graf, časový harmonogram, grafy nasazení pracovníků a strojů, graf spotřeby materiálů, výkresy a technickou zprávu zařízení staveniště, technologický postup prací pro keramické obklady a technologický postup prací pro kontaktní zateplovací systém, doprovodná technické zpráva. Cílem této diplomové práce je navržení optimálního řešení výstavby bytového domu v plynulé časové posloupnosti při nejefektivnějším využití pracovníků a strojů.

The main content of the Diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction and technological project of the apartment building Prokopka, in Pardubice. The author of the project deals with the solution of the spatial, technological and temporal structure of the construction of this building. The content of the thesis is to assess the project documentation, the scheme of the construction procedure, the analysis sheet, the technological normal, the plan of the safety document (BOZP), the space-time chart, the schedule, the worker and machine deployment graphs, the material consumption graph, the drawings and technical report of the construction site equipment, the technological process of work for ceramic tiles and the technological process of work for interior plaster, the incidental technical report. The goal of the thesis is to design the optimal solution of the construction of the building in the optimal solution in a continuous time sequence with the most efective utilization of workers and machines.
