Certifikace budov se zaměřením na technická zařízení budov

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zpracovaná na téma: Certifikace budov se zaměřením na technická zařízení budov. Cílem této práce je seznámení s certifikačními systémy budov BREEAM, LEED, SBToolCZ, WELL, DGNB a HAIEQ. V práci jsou popsány jednotlivé certifikační systémy a je provedena analýza počtu certifikovaných budov v České republice pro tři nejrozšířenější systémy. Druhá část diplomové práce se věnuje certifikaci bytového komplexu Rezidence U Sluncové. Z certifikačních systémů BREEAM, LEED a SBToolCZ jsou vybrány kredity, které souvisí s vnitřním prostředím a technickým zařízením budov. Tyto kredity jsou následně rozděleny do osmnácti kategorií. V rámci této části práce je porovnáno, jak na jednotlivé kategorie nahlíží dané certifikační systémy. V další fázi jsou navržena opatření v oblasti technických zařízení budov, která by mohla vést k lepšímu bodovému ohodnocení v rámci jednotlivých certifikačních systémů. Pro porovnání přínosu těchto opatření je vyhotovena certifikace bytového komplexu pro všechny tři certifikační systémy. V závěru této diplomové práce je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení navržených opatření, jehož součástí je i dotazníkové šetření. Z tohoto dotazníkového šetření je možné určit, zda investice do opatření bude mít z finančního hlediska smysl.

This thesis elaborates on the topic: Certification of buildings with a focus on the technical services systems. This thesis aims to acquaint you with building certification systems such as BREEAM, LEED, SBToolCZ, WELL, DGNB, and HAIEQ. The thesis outlines individual certification systems and conducts a comprehensive analysis of numerous certified buildings in the Czech Republic, focusing on the three most widespread systems. The second part of the thesis is dedicated to the certification of the residential complex "Rezidence u Sluncové". Credits related to the indoor environment and technical systems are selected from the BREEAM, LEED, and SBToolCZ certification systems. These credits are subsequently divided into eighteen categories. Within this part of the thesis, a comparison is made of how each certification system perceives and evaluates these specific categories. In the next phase strategic measures in the realm of technical services systems are proposed which, in my opinion, could lead to a better point assessment within the individual certification systems. To compare the impact of these measures, the residential complex is certified for all three certification systems. In the concluding section of this thesis, an economic evaluation of the proposed measures is undertaken, including a survey in form of questionnaire. This survey will help determine whether the investment in these measures is financially favorable.
