Manažerské metody a nástroje ke zvýšení efektivity ve stavebnictví

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce bude věnována manažerským metodám a nástrojům ke zvýšení efektivity a jejich aplikaci ve stavební sféře. V rámci dané práce budou prozkoumány manažerské metody Teorie omezení, Lean a Six Sigma, navíc s ohledem na jejich kompatibilitu v rámci metody TLS. Budou navrženy modifikace těchto metod pro potřeby stavebnictví. Poté bude provedena případová studie, ve které budou tyto nově upravené metody řízení použity v rámci stavebního projektu, aby byl analyzován a demonstrován dopad těchto nástrojů. Na základě výzkumu a případové studie bude předloženo doporučení či nedoporučení pro použití metody TLS ve stavebnictví.

The thesis will be devoted to management methods and tools to increase efficiency and their application in the construction sector. Within the framework of the given thesis, the management methods of Theory of Constraints, Lean and Six Sigma will be examined, in addition to their compatibility within the TLS method. Modifications to these methods for the needs of the construction industry will be proposed. A case study will then be conducted in which this newly adapted management method will be used within a construction project to analyse and demonstrate the impact of these tools. Based on the research and the case study, a recommendation or non-recommendation for the use of the TLS method for the construction industry will be made.
