Vývoz stavebních prací do východní Evropy

Abstract

Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice vývozu stavebních prací do zemí východní Evropy a se snaží najít řešení tohoto problému vytvořením metodické příručky pro českou stavební firmu. Teoretická část této diplomové práce se zabývá shrnutím poznatků o možnostech pronikání a působení na trzích východní Evropy s úspěšnými příklady. Zohledňují se také typy smluv a vztahy smluvních stran pří vývozu stavebních prací do zemí východní Evropy. Praktická část práce je věnována analýze a srovnání stavebních trhů východoevropských zemí, jakož i legislativě těchto trhů. Na základě provedených analýz je vypracována příručka pro úspěšný vstup české stavební firmy na trh nejperspektivnější východoevropské země. Výsledkem práce je hotová metodická příručka umožňující vstup na zahraniční trh zkoumaných zemí s co nejmenšími riziky.

The thesis deals with the problem of export of construction works to Eastern European countries and tries to find a solution to this problem by creating a methodological manual for Czech construction companies. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with a summary of the knowledge about the possibilities of penetrating and operating in the markets of Eastern Europe with successful examples. It also considers the types of contracts and the relationships of the contracting parties when exporting construction work to Eastern European countries. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis and comparison of the construction markets of Eastern European countries as well as the legislation of these markets. On the basis of the analyses, a guide for successful entry of Czech construction companies into the market of the most promising Eastern European country is developed. The result of the work is a ready-made methodological manual enabling the entry into the foreign market of the examined countries with the lowest possible risks.
