Porovnání variant obvodových svislých konstrukcí bytového domu z hlediska ekonomického, technického a enviromentálního

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je důkladně posoudit obvodové svislé konstrukce z technického, ekonomického a environmentálního hlediska. Navrhnutí vhodných variant a jejich srovnání je pro projekt vybraného bytového domu v Radonicích. Z ekonomické stránky se hodnotí náklady na skladbu stěny a celkové náklady na výstavbu bytového domu. Veškeré náklady jsou zpracovány a vypočítány v programu KROS 4 v cenové soustavě ÚRS s cenovou hladinou II/2023. Z technického hlediska se hodnotí tepelně-izolační vlastnosti, hmotnosti konstrukcí, neprůzvučnost cihel a pracnost skladeb. Z environmentálních vlastností se posuzují vybrané parametry. Po srovnání veškerých variant dochází k vyhodnocení a následnému výběru nejvhodnější varianty. Pro optimální variantu je nakonec udělána úprava z environmentálních aspektů, která je srovnána s nejvhodnější (optímální) variantou.

The aim of the thesis is to thoroughly assess the perimeter vertical structures from a technical, economic and environmental point of view. The design of suitable variants and their comparison is for the project of a selected apartment building in Radonice. From the economic point of view, the cost of the wall composition and the total cost of of the construction of the apartment building are evaluated. All the costs are processed and calculated in the KROS 4 program in the price system of ÚRS with the price level II/2023. From the technical point of view, the thermal insulation properties, weights of the structures, the soundproofing of the bricks, and the workload of the compositions are evaluated. For environmental properties, selected parameters are assessed. After comparing all the options, the most suitable variants is evaluated and then selected.. Finally, an adjustment is made for the optimum variant from the environmental aspects, which is compared with the most suitable (optimal) variant.
