Oceňování staveb v České republice a Velké Británii

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce zkoumá oceňování stavebních projektů v České republice a ve Velké Británii. Teoretická část analyzuje etapy výstavbového projektu, třídění stavební produkce a metody oceňování staveb v předinvestiční a investiční fázi. Praktická část se zaměřuje na bytový dům, přičemž oceněný soupis stavebních prací, dodávek a služeb je transformován do britské struktury rozpočtu. Závěrečná část srovnává oceňování v obou zemích, poskytujíc komplexní pohled na problematiku.

This thesis examines the cost estimation of construction projects in the Czech Republic and the UK. The theoretical part analyses the stages of a construction project, the classification of construction output and the methods of cost estimating in the pre-investment and investment phase. The practical part focuses on a residential building, whereby the valued inventory of supplies and services is transformed into the UK Cost Plan structure. The final section compares cost estimating in both countries, providing a comprehensive view of the issues.
