ESG v podmínkách integrovaného facility managementu

Abstract

Náplní této diplomová práce je zpracování komplexního přehledu informací k problematice ESG. První polovina práce je zaměřena na teoretickou rovinu tématu – představení všech tří pilířů udržitelnosti (přičemž je kladen důraz právě na environmentální oblast), od nichž odvíjí od roku 2025 již povinné vykazování údajů. Je kladen důraz na představení kontextu této problematiky z několika úhlů pohledu – ekonomického, energetického, environmentálního i legislativního. V neposlední řadě je věnována pozornost propojení problematiky ESG s facility managementem, který v ní zastává klíčovou roli. Praktická část představuje strategii ESG v plynárenském podniku GasNet a poskytuje stručný návod na výpočet uhlíkové stopy ze spotřeby elektřiny, plynu a pohonných hmot, který je následně aplikován na skutečně naměřená data společnosti. Na závěr praktické části je uveden seznam opatření, jimiž mohou podniky snížit ekologickou stopu související s užíváním budov a vozidel.

The content of this thesis involves the elaboration of a comprehensive overview of information related to the ESG issues. The first half of the work focuses on the theoretical aspect of the topic, introducing all three pillars of sustainability (with a particular emphasis on the environmental dimension), from which the mandatory reporting of data has been derived since 2025. Emphasis is placed on presenting the context of this issue from various perspectives – economic, energy-related, environmental, and legislative. Finally, attention is given to the connection between ESG issues and facility management, which plays a key role in it. The practical part introduces the ESG strategy in the GasNet gas company and provides a brief guide on calculating the carbon footprint from electricity, gas, and fuel consumption, which is subsequently applied to actual company data. At the end of the practical part, a list of measures is provided that companies can take to reduce the environmental footprint associated with building and vehicle use.
