Návrh systému sledujícího pohyb demontovaných motorových dílů ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem systému, jež bude mít za cíl sledování pohybu demontovaných motorových dílů ve výrobní společnosti. Pro lepší pochopení práce jsou zde představeny metodologie z oblasti výrobního managementu, který úzce souvisí s daným tématem. V kontextu výrobního managementu je zde zdůrazněna optimalizace, která zasahuje snížením plýtvání různými zdroji a také vyzdvihuje snahu o minimalizaci chyb, které se v procesu mohou objevit. Hlavní cíl tohoto návrhu je zlepšení efektivity při práci s demontovanými díly. Je zde provedena analýza současného stavu a jeho nedostatků. Dále je na základě analýzy navrhnuto zlepšení v podobě systému, jež bude vytvořen v Microsoft Excel.

This Master's thesis addresses the design of a system to track the movement of disassembled engine parts in a manufacturing company. The main goal is to improve efficiency when working with disassembled parts. For a better understanding of the work, the theoretical part elaborates on the methodologies closely related to the given topic from the field of production management. The topic of optimization is emphasized here as one of the key elements. It intervenes by reducing the waste of various resources and also mitigates errors that may appear in the process. The analytical section dives deeper into the current production state and its shortcomings. The findings from the analytical part were used as shaping parameters for a design of Microsoft Excel-based system.
