Samostatně stojící předávací a skladovací zásobník dílců pro robotické pracoviště

Abstract

Tématem práce je návrh zásobníku pro automatickou výměnu dílců robotem. Cílem je zajištění předávání a skladování dílců se zajištěním bezpečné interakce mezi průmyslovým robotem a lidskou obsluhou. Práce obsahuje přehled stávajících řešení v oblasti předávacích a skladovacích zásobníků s důrazem na robotické zakládání. Koncepční návrh popisuje varianty mechanického řešení se zásuvkou pro lůžka palet a plochou pro volně ložené dílce. V návrhu jsou integrovány mechatronické prvky a je navržen koncept řízení a PLC integrace. Je uvažována bezpečnost dle aktuálních norem. Návrh je podložen návrhovými a kontrolními výpočty. Funkce zásobníku byla ověřena ve vizualizaci v softwaru Visual Components.

The theme of the master thesis is the design of a magazine for the automatic exchange of parts by a robot. The aim is to ensure the transfer and storage of parts with safe interaction between the industrial robot and the human operator. The thesis provides an overview of existing solutions in the field of transfer and storage trays with emphasis on robotic stacking. The design integrates mechatronic elements and proposes a control concept and PLC integration. Safety according to current standards is considered. The design is supported by design and control calculations. The function of the magazine has been verified in Visual Components software.
