Navrhnuté modely porovnáme s alternatívnymi prístupmi a prácu zakončíme praktickým návrhom aplikácie schopnej automaticky získať satelitné snímky a vykonať nad nimi sémantickú segmentáciu typov plodín v rámci Českej republiky. Satellites of the Sentinel-2 mission are currently very valuable data sources for the automation of land cover mapping. In the case of the semantic segmentation of crop types, which we deal with in our work, it is essential to effectively use the high temporal resolution of Sentinel-2 images to maximize the resulting accuracy, enabling a better capture of the temporal dynamics of crop growth. As part of the work, we will therefore first summarize the possibilities of crop classification in the form of research. Subsequently, we will build on it by proposing our own improvements to neural models, capable of performing semantic segmentation of crops from time series of images, and we will present our own dataset of crop types for the Czech Republic consisting of time series of Sentinel-2 images. We will compare the proposed models with alternative approaches and conclude the work with a practical design of an application capable of automatically acquiring satellite images and performing semantic segmentation of crop types within the Czech Republic.
