V praktické části se nachází výsledky zkoušek pevnosti v tahu, TMA a dielektrické pevnosti rozdělené dle nastavení teploty trysky, tloušťky vrstvy a procesu žíhání. This diploma thesis focuses on optimizing manufacturing processes in 3D printing, specifically Fused Filament Fabrication technology in the aspect of resistance to aging with high temperature and humidity. This work consists of research and practical part. In the research part, some basic methods of 3D printing are described along with polymers PLA and PC examined in this thesis and degradation factors that are usually involved in the degradation of polymer insulators placed on outdoor high voltage cables. At the end of the research part, various findings from research on the degradation of printed parts are presented. In the practical part results of tensile testing, TMA, and dielectric strength tests are found and divided by settings of nozzle temperature, layer width, and process of annealing. The results of the tests show that in the question of resistance to aging, the best option for PLA is print settings recommended by the manufacturer and PC can be refined by raising the nozzle temperature, eventually by annealing.
