Varovné signály ve školském prostředí – problematika jejich zaznamenání a vyhodnoceni

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá varovnými signály ve školním prostředí, které pedagogové mohou před napadením u studentů zaznamenat. Aktuálnost tématu vychází ze stupňující se agrese studentů vůči pedagogům a z nedostatečné informovanosti o problematice varovných signálů před potenciálním napadením. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a výzkumnou. v teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy související s násilím ve školním prostředí. Práce charakterizuje především projevy varovných signálů, které mohou pedagogové u studentů vnímat. Dále definuje rizikové chování, agresi a faktory podílející se na vzniku rizikového chování. Výzkumná část analyzuje, jak pedagogové identifikují varovné signály, které může student před napadením projevovat. a v případě napadení pedagoga studentem, jaké varovné signály zaznamenali. Výzkumná část se zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením, které proběhlo na základních a středních školách Prahy 14. Získaná data jsou zpracována do grafů a následně vyhodnocena. v závěru výzkumné části jsou komparovány výsledky práce s výsledky jiných autorů.

This bachelor's thesis deals with warning signs in the school environment which educators can notice prior to actual assaults by students. Currency of the topic is based on the escalating aggression of pupils towards teachers and insufficient awareness of the issue of warning signals before a potential attack. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and research part. The theoretical part defines terms related to violence in the school environment. It characterizes primarily manifestations of warning signals that teachers can perceive in students.It also specifies risky behavior, aggression and factors involved in the emergence of risky conduct. The research part analyzes how educators identify warning signs that students can demonstrate before aggression. And in the case of an assault on a teacher by a student, what warning signs they noticed. The research part concerns the questionnaire survey conducted at primary and secondary schools in Prague 14. The obtained data are processed into graphs and subsequently evaluated. Finally, the results of the study are compared with the results of other authors.
