Hemodynamické monitorování po elektivním chirurgickém výkonu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je hemodynamická monitorace u pacientů po elektivních chirurgických výkonech. V teoretické části práce je čtenář seznámen s měřenými hemodynamickými parametry u pacientů po chirurgickém výkonu. Je uvedeno jejich rozdělení, způsob měření, indikace pro jejich sledování a fyziologické hodnoty. V praktické části práce je provedena analýza kazuistik pacientů, u kterých byly hemodynamické parametry kontinuálně sledovány, a u těch, kteří byli hospitalizováni bez těchto opatření. Následně jsou komparovány analýzy kazuistik konkrétních pacientů z obou skupin. Byly pozorovány důvody k zavedení hemodynamického monitoringu, získané hodnoty a vývoje stavů jednotlivých pacientů.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is hemodynamic monitoring of patients after elective surgical procedures. In the theoretical part of the thesis the reader is introduced to the measured hemodynamic parameters in patients after surgical procedures. Their distribution, method of measurement, indications for their monitoring and physiological values are presented. In the practical part of the thesis, case studies of patients in whom hemodynamic parameters were continuously monitored and those who were hospitalized without such measures are analyzed. Subsequently, case analyses of specific patients from both groups are compared. The reasons for the introduction of hemodynamic monitoring, the values obtained and the evolution of the conditions of the individual patients were observed.
