Bezdomovci na urgentním příjmu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku bezdomovců na urgentním příjmu. Problematika bezdomovectví je velmi široká a zasahuje do života nás všech. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem bezdomovectví, jeho typy, příčinami a prevencí. Dále se tato část práce věnuje zmapování zdravotní péče o bezdomovce a přiblížení legislativy týkající se osob bez domova v České republice. Praktická část se zabývá strukturovanými rozhovory s respondenty z řad zdravotníků i bezdomovců. Dílčími cíli této práce je zjištění vzájemných postojů bezdomovců a zdravotníků vůči sobě. A určení možných úskalí ovlivňujících komunikaci těchto dvou skupin. Záznamy rozhovorů uvádím ve výsledcích této práce, kde jsou rozděleny dle jednotlivých otázek. Výsledky mají za cíl přispět ke zjednodušení komunikace zdravotníků a bezdomovců.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of homeless people in the emergency room. The issue of homelessness is very broad and affects all of our lives. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the concept of homelessness, its types, causes and prevention. Furthermore, this part of the thesis is devoted to the mapping of health care for homeless people or to the legislation concerning homelessness in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis deals with structured interviews with respondents from the ranks of health professionals and homeless people. The sub-objectives of this thesis are to find out the mutual attitudes of homeless people and health professionals. And to find out possible causes influencing the communication between these two groups. The interview recordings are categorized according to each question in the results of this thesis. The results are intended to help facilitate communication between health workers and homeless people.
