Handling a podpora psychomotorického vývoje dětí během prvního roku života

Abstract

V diplomové práci s názvem „Handling a podpora psychomotorického vývoje dětí během prvního roku života“ jsou sledovány dvě skupiny dětí. Tato práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první z nich je obecně sepsán postupný vývoj dítěte od prenatálního vývoje až po dobu první chůze. V druhé části jsou vyjmenovány možnosti, ale také průběh vyšetření dítěte z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Dále jsou rozepsány variace handlingu podpořené odbornými články a studiemi. V této kapitole jsou definovány varianty nošení, polohování dítěte a případně zmíněny časté chyby při manipulaci s dítětem. Další kapitola je věnována metodice této práce. Do diplomové práce je zařazeno celkem 21 novorozenců, kteří byli sledováni po dobu až 4 měsíců. Informace o jejich psychomotorickém vývoji jsou čerpány z lékařských zpráv pediatrů pořízených během pravidelných prohlídek dětí. Vývoj každého dítěte je podrobně rozepsán a podle kvality vývoje je každému probandovi udělena známka od 1 do 3, přičemž 1 je považována za známku nejlepší. Dále jsou data vyvozována z dvou vytvořených formulářů, zabývající se kvalitou, přínosem a srozumitelností příručky, která se stala předmětem diplomové práce. Následně jsou definovány výsledky této diplomové práce v podobě grafů. Výsledky jsou porovnávány s předem určenými hypotézami. Hypotézy této práce jsou obě vyvráceny, neboť ze zpracovaných výsledků se brožura jeví jako nedostatečná náhrada za fyzioterapeutickou intervenci. V závěru jsou diskutovány nejzásadnější prvky této práce, mezi které patří zejména poloha sedu a její užívání v průběhu vývoje dítěte. Zároveň jsou jmenovány některé studie opírající se o problematiku podávání příkrmů, která úzce souvisí s již zmiňovanou polohou sedu. Dále pak jsou v diskuzi rozebírány problémy pediatrického vyšetření společně s multioborovou spoluprací při péči o dětského pacienta. Není opomenut ani problém v neinformovanosti rodičů, jenž je také podpořen odborným článkem.

In the thesis entitled "Handling and Supporting psychomotoric development of infants" two groups of children are studied. This thesis was divided into several parts. In the first part, the progressive development of the child from prenatal development to the time of first walking is generally written. In the next part the possibilities of the child's examination from the physiotherapist's point of view are listed. Furthermore, variations of handling are described and supported by professional articles and studies. In this chapter, the variations of carrying and positioning the child and also common handling errors are mentioned. The next chapter is devoted to the methodology of this thesis. A total of 21 newborns are included in this thesis and were followed for up to 4 months. Information on their development is drawn from the medical reports of paediatricians taken during regular examinations of the children. According to the quality of development, each proband is given a grade from 1 to 3, with 1 being considered the best grade. Furthermore, the results are drawn from two forms produced, dealing with the quality, usefulness and clarity of the manual, which became the subject of the thesis. Then the results of this thesis are defined in the form of graphs. The results are compared with the predetermined hypotheses. The hypotheses of this thesis have both been disproved, as from the processed results the brochure appears to be an inadequate substitute for physiotherapy intervention. Finally, the most important elements of this work are discussed, which include in particular the sitting position and its use during child development. At the same time, some studies based on the issue of feeding, related to the sitting position, are mentioned. Furthermore, the problems of paediatric examination together with multidisciplinary cooperation in the care of the paediatric patient are discussed. The problem of uninformed parents is not neglected, which is also supported by an expert article.
